1. Are there limitations on the quantities minimum or maximum for each product?
   The quantity availability is showed next to each item you see.  For bulk quantities please do contact our customer service at info@ilprezioso.com.
   
2. Are orders always accepted?
  An order cannot be process in case the quantity requested cannot be handled by us.  In this case you will be contacted by our representative for replacing  the product with something else of the same value or cancel the order.
   
3. Warranty products?
  We provide sactisfaction guarantee of any product listed. You have 10 days after the orderto evaluete the products and if you are not happy please contact info@ilprezioso.com to define shipping and payment method if you wish to use to receive your money back.
   
  How secure is the online credit card payment system you use?
  We use Paypal the largest payment service providers in the world. We never see your credit card information, the transaction goes directly through their secure servers. You may of heard of the padlock icon that appears on some websites to reassure the internet buyer of online security in place - well once you have checked out from our site you will enter the Paypal system which is quite separate from our own servers and displays the padlock icon. 5. The package arrived damaged?
  In case you receive a damaged package please do not  sign anything, open the parcel and if there is something wrong, please do not collect and send it back . As soon as we receive your items, we will arrange a replacement or refund in case the item(s) are not available.
   
 6.  Do you mind if I telephone you?
   Not at all - within reasonable hours of course. If you get the answer machine please leave your number and we will call you straight back when we get the message.
 
 7.  My Jewellery hasn't arrived yet, where is it?
   Every item posted is sent Poste Italiane special delivery with a unique track and trace code which we can provide by request. If your item has not arrived within a few days after we have informed you of despatch please let us know. We will contact Poste Italiane to find out if the item has been delivered and if not where it is. As we all know these days items do get lost in the post occasionally but as everything is insured we can claim the costs back once Poste Italiane agree that the item has gone missing in the post and have a replacement item sent to you.
